It makes me think of a rainstorm that makes everything bright, and new and fresh smelling after. It's a happy and pleasant feeling.
I see people dancing in a storm. Kind of like how the rain runs down the window and makes everything blurry. The color are people splashing and dancing, jumping in the puddles, while the thunder booms around them. I love it!
